Things To Know

- We try out best to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible.  We know you are excited to get your goodies so we always keep that in mind!  Due to the high volume of orders and covid-19 our current processing time for all orders is 2-5 business days.  

- During the holiday seasons or when we have large promotions we may have slight shipping delays.

- Because we try to get orders processed as quickly as possible we are unable to edit or make any changes to orders once they are placed.

- Once an order is place we are unable to cancel it.  

- Linnys ships out of 2 warehouses.  If your order has a split shipment you’ll receive a separate notification from each warehouse showing the items that are shipped in that package. 

- All orders ship by UPS or USPS with tracking information that will be provided via email when your order ships!

- Linnys is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  If you have a lost or damaged package it is the customers responsibility to create a claim through the shipping carrier.  Customers have the option to add insurance to their order in the event a package is lost or damaged.  Insurance needs to be added at the time the order is placed and can not be added after the check out process is completed.



- Linnys periodically offers discount codes to our customers and new customers.  Once an order is placed if the discount code wasn't applied prior to submitting the order we are unable to apply the discount code to the order.

- If a discount code is coming up invalid that is because the discount code is no longer active, the discount code was used on a previous order or your customer profile is not eligible to redeem that code. Linnys reserves the right to cancel discount codes at any time, for any reason. 


Store Credits

Linnys doesn't offer refunds on returned merchandise.  Once an item is returned and approved, Linnys will issue you a store credit to the email address or mobile number in your customer profile.  This store credit can be used on any order an does not have to be used at once.

ex: If your order is $50 and your store credit is $100 you will have a remaining balance of $50 left on that store credit number.  

Store credits are encrypted so only the customer is able to view the number.  If you delete of loose the email/text with that number we will not be able to access the store credit.  Store credits are like cash so we recommend taking a screen shot of the email with your store credit number or printing it and keeping it somewhere safe.
